About us

Always been our company always tries to reduce to a minimum the environmental impact, which does not mean giving up the progress or to use force solutions "green / eco" to the detriment of the final result, or of the ecological nature of the proposed solutions.

Example of ecological application only on paper:

A striking example is the afterburners (a veil on activated carbon which shift the problem from the atmosphere, where good or bad trees do his part, to the dumping ground, where the ground and damage the environment ... The afterburners are useful where they use paints with high quantities of solvents and very continuous cycle so that you autoalimentino, but if the concentration is very low and discontinuous mountains are wasted gas to power: where is the ecology in this case ? fortunate that the ARPA know it well though struggling to extricate themselves in the midst of ridiculously absurd laws imposed by people who are at the table and do not even know how to deal ...

The paints we use: dry 95/100%

Our choice has always been to use paints with high solids (dry with UV 90-100%) since the birth of this type of paint (with their problems), and since the early 80 funds used were all of this type and then leaving the polyurethane / nitro only for final finishing. Since the end of the 80's began a slow conversion also finishes until 2001 the year in which we have dismantled flow coating and carousel starting to use only paint roller uv where the dry always travel between 95 and 100%. The only part of the acetone solvent are now used for washing plant (fully recycled internally with a special distiller which allows us to recover both acetone as the liquid styrene).

The energy recovery of our "waste": sanding dust.

Working the wood we also have significant amounts of sanding dust stored in a silo, from more than 20 years these powders are used in a boiler for heating water which makes us self-sufficient for the 95/98% of our needs both heating that of hot water for the drying ovens. The fumes of the boiler are then slaughtered by a special filter installed in 1995 which allows us to store all combustible ashes for proper disposal.

The use of electricity "clean":

Since we are also attentive to the energy problem and being heavy users of electricity have also chosen at our supplier of energy using clean energy (costs more but if anyone starts to think about the future of the planet sooner or later you will arrive at the end):

Paint containers:

It may seem silly, but be passed by the use of milk (which can not be recovered but only disposed of) the use of drums with nylon sleeve, has allowed us to drastically reduce the number of kilos. of iron to dispose of and replace them with lightweight bags while the stems are regenerated and reused by the paint manufacturers. (I recycled about 150 barrels a year would correspond to 1200 to crush and dispose of milk ...)
